The Leader in Me is a school-wide process to help develop the skills and self-confidence students need to succeed as leaders in the 21st century.  The Leader in Me process is modeled from years of research with schools around the globe that have integrated the 7 Habits concepts.  These schools have experienced dramatic results that include: 
1. Improved academic achievement
2. Higher levels of accountability and engagement among teachers
3. Overall improvements in student behavior, responsibility and accountability
