 STACK sessions to restart this summer

The Structured Teaching for Autistic and Communication-delayed Kids (STACK) program, developed through the ESC of Central Ohio, will restart two sessions this summer.

STACK began in 1998 as a specialized program designed to meet the unique needs of students with autism and related disorders.  

The STACK program is divided into two sessions: one geared toward teachers and another for preschool and older students.

 

Professional Development for Teachers
The STACK Summer Institute program is divided into two training periods. The earlier training period is scheduled from June 27 to July 1 and the later training period is scheduled from July 11-15. Both training periods will be located at Taylor Road Elementary School, Taylor Road, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Applicants can register at www.mylearningplan.com. Only 25 applicants will be accepted for each training period.

Summer Program for Students
The STACK Summer Student Program provides a continuum of educational services for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. The program will run Tuesdays through Fridays form 9 a.m.-2 p.m. beginning Tuesday, June 21, through Friday, July 22. The program will be located at Taylor Road Elementary School, Taylor Road, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
