Help Desk Request

PLEASE BRIEFLY EXPLAIN YOUR REQUEST BELOW.

 

ESC Help Desk technicians support staff and conference center clients.  Individual ESC staff that require assistance with any of the following, may contact the Help Desk: desktop computers, laptops, software, e-mail, voicemail, agency phone systems, wireless connectivity, printers/copiers, and user account management – account creation and password re-sets.  Conference center clientele may contact the Help Desk for support on a/v equipment, video streaming and use of the wireless network.
