Help Desk Request

Help Desk technicians support ESC staff and ESC Conference Center clients.  Individual ESC staff that require assistance with any of the following, can contact the Help Desk: desktop computers, laptops, software, e-mail, voicemail, agency phone systems, wireless connectivity, printers/copiers, and user account management – account creation and password re-sets.  Conference room clientele can contact the helpdesk for support on conference room A/V equipment, video streaming, and use of the wireless network.
