Conference Details

Overview and Objective

The annual Off to a Great Start (OTAGS) conference provides a forum for developing a peer professional network, reinforcing professionalism in the after school field, sharing best practices, strengthening professional knowledge and providing skills for increasing the quality of after school programs. Most importantly, we want after school professionals to know that their work is important and makes a difference in the lives of children and their families.

When and Where?

When: August 8-9, 2018 | 8:00am – 4:00pm

Where: Columbus OH

Conference cost is $85 for one day and $140 for two days. Scholarships are available for Franklin County providers. Please email Andrea Summers for more information.

The conference is for all after school staff, site directors and teachers.

About After School Counts

After School Counts is a network of school, faith and community-based after school program staff, administrators and volunteers. Our primary focus is to deliver professional development opportunities to after school providers within Central Ohio. After School Counts hosts the annual Off to a Great Start conference and is a program of the ESC of Central Ohio.
