Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC)
The ESC’s Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) uses Frontline Education’s web-based Professional Growth system (formerly My Learning Plan) to record, submit, review, and approve all professional development activities and Individual Professional Development Plans (IPDPs) of active educators. It ensures that identified goals and strategies are relevant to the needs of the district, the school, the students, and the educator.
