Last month, the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) released its
2021 Annual Report on Educational Service Centers. The Ohio General Assembly directed ODE to submit a report describing how it partnered with educational service centers (ESCs) to deliver services in Fiscal Year 2021. The overarching goal of ODE’s partnerships with ESCs is to develop quality schools. Some partnerships focus broadly on that larger context, while other partnerships have a narrower scope and address individual components of quality schools. This report includes information on all ODE’s partnerships with ESCs. The ESC of Central Ohio plays a prominent role in many of the report's included partnerships.
