Join other Central Ohio Instructional Coaches during the 2023-2024 school year as we connect and consider how to Deepen our Practices in support of adult learners for the purpose of positively impacting student learning. We plan to meet monthly from 2-3:30 pm to learn together, share our experiences around defined coaching topics, and have the opportunity to network with colleagues around problems of practice.
Some topics will include:
- Kicking-off the School Year with relationship-building practices
- Implementing and reflecting on Coaching Cycles
- Creating Coaching Menus
- Engaging in critical conversations around student learning
- other relevant topics that meet the needs of the group
