This course will focus on the key skills needed for Principals in their first five years in the position. We will discuss research-based topics that will supply insights and strategies to overcome the challenges facing school leaders. Scott Stewart will serve as the facilitator for these sessions.
The structure of this course will be based on research and the latest best practices that relate to the Ohio Department of Education Principal Standards.
