ESC Approved Tech Applications

The following applications/tools are approved for ESC staff use when logged into the application/tool with your “@escco.org” account. Using these applications/tools for ESC work with a different account, or without logging in, is prohibited.

If you are a staff member embedded in a school district, you may use your district-issued username and password to access all approved school district tools and resources. School district-approved tools may differ from ESC-approved tools, but using your district-issued username and password ensures that you remain in compliance with the school district’s policies.

If you are consulting with a school district, please request that they create a cloud storage site for your project and grant you access to either your ESC Microsoft or Google account, as appropriate. This will ensure that all personally identifiable information and student data can be managed and secured by the school district at all times.

Approved Agency Applications

Applications in the Approved Agency Applications section below are to be used for day-to-day ESC agency work.

Requests for new applications/tools must be made through your immediate supervisor and will be reviewed through the ESC’s approval process. Application/tool accounts are assigned by supervisors. In addition, training may be required before accounts are created.

Restricted & Specialty Usage

Applications under the Restricted & Specialty Usage section below are intended for collaborating with external organizations or for use in special programs. Applications/tools not appearing on this list are not approved for ESC agency use.
