Substitutes

The ESC's Substitute Consortium is a team of thousands working to support students, educators, schools, and communities in the Central Ohio region. As a substitute staff member, you are able to determine which days and at which schools you wish to work, enabling you to stay close to home if you prefer. Our consortium offers opportunities to work in over 25 school districts and over 200 school buildings enrolling students from preschool to high school - so your options are extensive - and you will be supported by school staff as well as staff here at the ESC. Working as a substitute teacher or staff member is a great way to see if working in a school is a good fit for you and an even better way to support children in your community.
