The ESC of Central Ohio offers instructional coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals working with students with low-incidence disabilities and autism. Our instructional coaches focus on relationship and trust-building, and provide customized district training both inside the classroom and out. The objective of instructional coaching is to empower teachers and paraprofessionals so they become independent leaders with instructional expertise.
The Instructional Coach/Consultant will meet with district administration to develop a District Coaching Agreement, Building Coaching Agreement or an Individual Coaching Agreement, used to develop a strategic plan.
