  • This program will introduce the idea that the high school years can include exploration into each student's individual interests. We will explore the many hands-on learning opportunities, ties to career experiences, ways to earn college credit, and more. We will share several examples of how the high school years can look because educational opportunities today are vast and exciting, and families need to plan ahead to take full advantage.
Preparing Our Kids for the Working World

  • This program will focus on life after formal schooling is over. We will discuss the skills (hard and soft) that employers look for. We will teach about career exploration, how to know what a good career for a student might be, and how to determine what kind of education, skills, and credentials are needed for a job.
