This introductory session to Restorative Practices and Using Circles Effectively is a cost-effective way to achieve lasting change that enhances and builds relationships between students, staff and parents, improve student behavior, reduce violence and bullying and creates a sense of community. The session is designed to be sustainable with minimum investment after the initial training at the school. The consultant uses training materials, videos, presentations and evaluations to deliver quality training.
