Leadership Development & Supports

The ESC and Leadership Excelleration have partnered to offer an administrator onboarding program. Having a structure in place helps districts integrate leaders into their new role and more quickly build credibility, make contributions, adapt to the district culture and lead high-performing teams.
The Aspiring Administrators program is designed to introduce prospective leaders to the essential responsibilities, skills, challenges and rewards associated with school administration from a practitioner’s perspective.
The District Leadership Institute offers district leadership development that goes beyond the traditional superintendent licensure experience by providing practical learning opportunities necessary for mastery of exemplary district leadership practices.
The ESC can provide one-on-one executive coaching for superintendents, assistant superintendents, directors, principals, and assistant principals in all aspects of effective leadership.
An experienced team provides comprehensive search service for boards of education. The ESC provides varying levels of search services: 1) targeting candidates; 2) open posted candidates; and 3) accelerated process.
The ESC of Central Ohio provides credential training in alignment with state evaluation systems.
The ESC assists district leadership teams in setting long-range strategic direction and developing a focused plan to get there.
